Howlrounder is the banner under which singer-songwriter Liam Stuart and his band share and perform his songs. Their sound blends the 90/00's alt-rock that dominated the listening of Liam's early-teenage years with new and old emotive folk music reaching back to songwriting giants, such as Bob Dylan, and up to contemporary indie-folk greats, such as Bon Iver, Madison Cunningham and Ben Howard.

 

Alongside Liam, Howlrounder's line-up consists of drummer Dale Muir, guitarist Hannah McDermott and bassist James Wiseman. Together the band are slowly carving out an independent pathway for themselves from the beating heart of the Scottish capital.
